The Spaces of Jena NOLA are comprised of two buildings thoughtfully tailored into private office spaces and coworking spaces for New Orleans professionals. Our Freret Street Corridor neighborhood office spaces are biophilic-inspired and mind/body focused, serving the New Orleans business community of Uptown and beyond. Locally owned and operated, our Coworking Studio and 23 private offices house a diverse community of entrepreneurs and businesses.
The Spaces of Jena NOLA Coworking Studio is a shared office space providing a supportive environment to enhance productivity and create a comfortable work home. Natural elements of light, wood, color, art, and open space, create a rich work environment to maximize productivity and creativity. The CoWorking Studio of
Jena NOLA
Distinct from other coworking spaces in New Orleans, The Coworking Studio of Jena NOLA is stylized and contained with only seven private desks and eight seats at The Common Table. Bathed in sunshine tempered with window treatments, with desk level views and sky views, it is a work atmosphere that inspires you to come to work.
Located in the first block off of Freret Street, at 2521 Jena Street on the second floor, we give you the space, tools, and surroundings to integrate life’s many facets and your personal ethos into your work day every day.

Huge windows with views from the street to the sky define The Private Offices of 2521 Jena NOLA. There are six private offices all with window treatments, natural oak floors, ten-foot ceilings, recessed LED lighting, ceiling fans, and the windows open! A sumptuous working environment! Customize the office you have always wanted bathed in sunshine and surrounded by greenery.
Located above Bearcat Cafe at 2521 Jena Street, half a block off of Freret Street. Our private offices are currently at full capacity.

2529 Jena NOLA
Warm modern on the outside, warm contemporary on the inside. With ten private offices up and seven private offices down, every office has its own window, view, and ten foot ceilings. Each floor has its own artful lobby with natural light and greenery, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. Cozify and customize an office that will inspire your work and your life in an atmosphere that supports all that you are and all that you do.
Located at 2529 Jena Street, a half block off of Freret Street, in one of the most popular neighborhoods of Uptown New Orleans, with a plethora of restaurants and coffee shops just steps away. Our private offices are currently at full capacity.
